Un groupe de mathématiciens français organise une Semaine d'Étude Maths-Entreprises qui aura lieu à Paris du 11 au 15 septembre 2017.
Ces semaines d'étude sont très semblables aux ateliers de résolution de problèmes industriels organisés par les trois instituts canadiens (le CRM, l'Institut Fields et le PIMS). De concert avec leurs collègues français, les responsables des collaborations industrielles dans les trois instituts ont décidé d'offrir à 5 étudiants canadiens la possibilité de participer à cette semaine d'étude. Les dépenses de ces étudiants seront remboursées par les partenaires français et canadiens.
Pour faire une demande de participation, un doctorant ou postdoctorant doit completer le *funding application form* lié a partir de cette page, au plus tard le 22 juillet 2017.

A group of French mathematicians are organizing a "Semaine d'Étude Maths-Entreprises" that will take place in Paris on September 11-15, 2017.
These so-called "Study Weeks" are very similar to the Industrial Problem Solving Workshops organized by the three Canadian institutes (the CRM, the Fields Institute, and PIMS). In collaboration with their French colleagues, the coordinators of industrial collaborations at the three institutes have decided to allow 5 Canadian students to participate in the Study Week. The expenses of these students will be reimbursed by the French and Canadian partners.
In order to apply, a doctoral student or postdoctoral fellow should complete the funding application, linked at the top right corner of this page. The deadline for the funding application is July 22, 2017.
