Abstract:
In the talk, I will present several results from my very recent paper with Jan Dobrowolski. First, I will recall the notion of a NSOP1 theory and the notion of Kim-independence. After that, a new rank will be introduced. This new rank was designed to work in the context of NSOP1 theories. I will summarize its nice properties and use it to show some version of the forking existence conjecture for NSOP1.
