Please join us for two co-located conferences over a five-day period: the 18th Algorithms and Data Structures Symposium (henceforth "WADS") and the 35th Canadian Conference on Computational Geometry (henceforth "CCCG"). The objective of WADS is to improve the understanding of the principles broadly underlying the area of design and analysis of algorithms, whereas CCCG focuses more specifically on discrete and computational geometry. The two conferences provide a forum for researchers to disseminate original research, discuss new results and report on relevant experience. WADS and CCCG are competitive conferences that accept between 50 and 60 papers a year each. Accepted papers are published in conference proceedings and exceptional papers are published in special issues of top journals. Besides proceedings and paper presentations, the conferences feature receptions, banquets, talks by invited speakers from among the top computer science researchers, prestigious best paper and best young researcher awards. WADS and CCCG are respectively the flagship conferences on algorithms and computation geometry in Canada. Via their scientific programs, including presentations of accepted papers and invited speeches, they bring researchers all over the world to Canada.
