33rd Annual International Conference of the Society for Chaos Theory in Psychology and the Life Sciences
Description
The Annual Conference for the Society for Chaos Theory in Psychology and Life Sciences is the premier venue for training, networking, and sharing the latest empirical and applied developments in nonlinear dynamics across psychology, the life sciences and beyond; it is the longest-running in its topic area: since 1991, the Society and its conferences have promoted interdisciplinary work, acknowledging the ubiquity of nonlinear dynamics across the behavioral, social, and life sciences. All nonlinear scientists are invited. Attendees meet world-class experts in a convivial supportive environment.
The conference consists of attendees representing psychology, biology, economics, business, physics, mathematics, and other fields, organized around a common interest in nonlinear dynamics. Attendance is typically broad geographically as well, with membership in SCTPLS representing each of the global continents. The program includes prominent keynote speakers, cutting-edge pre-conference workshops, symposia, individual sessions, and poster presentations. Abstracts from previous conferences can be found at https://www.societyforchaostheory.org/conferences/.
Presenters at Annual Conferences are encouraged to submit their papers for publication in Nonlinear Dynamics, Psychology, and Life Sciences (ISBN 1090-0578), the official quarterly, peer-reviewed research journal of the Society for Chaos Theory in Psychology & Life Sciences since 1997. NDPLS is indexed in PsycINFO, Medline, Econlit, Scopus, ScienceDirect, MathSciNet, and Web of Science; its two-year Impact factor is 1.068, and its 5-yr Impact Factor is 1.667.
